Suzanne Varco is the Managing Partner of Environmental Law Group LLP in San Diego, where her practice focuses on brownfields redevelopment, hazardous waste cleanup, environmental permitting and litigation, CEQA compliance, and environmentally complex real estate transactions. She brings deep experience working with local, state, and federal regulators and has been recognized as a SuperLawyer in environmental law since 2009. A respected leader in the environmental community, Suzanne has served as President of the Horton Plaza Theaters Foundation and Past President of the San Diego Environmental Professionals, and is admitted to practice throughout California state and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit.
Wayne Rosenbaum is a partner specializing in environmental, land use, and natural resources law, with a strong focus on water quality and regulatory compliance for infrastructure and renewable energy projects. He advises clients on stormwater and environmental compliance under key federal and state statutes, including the Clean Water Act and CEQA, and helps develop solutions that are both legally defensible and economically sustainable. Wayne brings a unique blend of legal and industry experience, having previously served as a partner at major law firms, as counsel with the U.S. Department of the Navy on complex environmental matters, and as a senior executive in the environmental services industry, where he led permitting and compliance efforts across multiple states.

$50 for members, $60 for non-members. Members, sign up by Friday, January 23 and save $5 on registration! Walk-ins with no reservation will be charged an extra $10 and be asked to wait until those with reservations are seated.
