Join Ravi Bajaj, Associate Principal for ESG & Sustainability at Citadel EHS, for a discussion on ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) as it pertains to environmental professionals. Learn about the basics of ESG, the current regulatory ESG standards and frameworks, impacts of GHG emissions & climate risk, and how ESG is incorporated into environmental due diligence and real estate development/ redevelopment. While ESG can be politicized, especially this year – our focus is on using the umbrella of ESG topics as a comprehensive risk management approach, and a foundation for continuous improvement.
Speaker Bio:
Ravi Bajaj has over 10 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, and Health & Wellbeing consulting for the built environment. He has extensive experience in collaborative project management for the GRESB, WELL, LEED, and BREEAM In-Use rating systems. Ravi is passionate about benchmarking performance and ESG reporting specific to the built environment, and about corporate sustainability and responsibility programs. He teaches about green building programs at the University of California San Diego, serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors for the San Diego Green Building Council and participates regularly in programs and advisory groups with industry organizations throughout Southern California.

Registration/networking begins at 11:30 am. Buffet-style lunch opens around 11:45, and announcements and presentations around 12:15 until conclusion.
