Join SDEP for our May Luncheon. We're fortunate to have Dave Gibson, Executive Officer, San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board, provide his annual update.

Speaker Information:

Dave has 40 years of cumulative professional experience working on water quality. He graduated from SDSU in 1989 (BS in Biology). He has worked as an Entomologist and Watershed Biologist for the City of San Diego, founded the San Diego Stream Team in 1998, and joined the San Diego Water Board in 2000 as an Environmental Scientist. He worked at the Water Board in stormwater, enforcement, monitoring and assessment, financial assistance, Basin Planning, wastewater treatment and recycling, and wetlands restoration and protection. He was appointed Executive Officer by the San Diego Water Board in November 2009.

COST:

$50 for members, $60 for non-members. Members, sign up by Friday, April 17 and save $5 on registration! Walk-ins with no reservation will be charged an extra $10 and be asked to wait until those with reservations are seated.

Please note that reservations will be invoiced regardless of attendance.

Come cheer on the Padres as they take on the Pittsburg Pirates. It will be Merrill Robbery Bobblehead Night so come celebrate the Kid’s signature defense with a collectible that freezes his highlight‑reel snag!

Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations will not be accepted without payment. Each membership type, including Corporate, Small Business, and Individual, is limited to 20 tickets at the member rate. For Corporate memberships, this limit applies per corporate membership, not per individual covered under that membership. Additional tickets may be purchased at face value. Please contact Kathy Vandenheuvel directly if you need more than 20 tickets.

Food and beverage service will begin at 5:10pm, hot food will continue one hour into the game. Unlimited soda and water will be provided throughout the event, ballpark snacks will be served in the third inning. Hosted beer/seltzer will be served through the 7th inning.

Game Time: 6:40 pm

Electronic ticket distribution will be utilized this year through the MLB Ballpark app. Please reserve your tickets by purchasing online by August 1st.
